1 Adjust your JAVA settings, open the JAVA preference panel, go to |APPLICATIONS - UTILITIES - JAVA - J2SE - PREFERENCES go to Advanced - Shortcut creation, change to Always allow, Save & exit.

2 Now using Safari select the JAD version to match your Memory (RAM) below & download JAD

3   during the download you will need to "TRUST"  and later "SAVE"  JAD  NOT to downloads but to your APPLICATIONS where you can later drag it to your dock.
